more people in class are falling sick, denice is doing round 2 now. i hope i don't end up like her, i can't afford to take a few days off again. i'm so dead for prelims.

mel called just now to bring incomplete surprising news. her story's sounding alot like mine (admittedly a whole lot more compressed time-wise) although as long as she doesn't end up like me she should end up fine. haha. and she ended up using "i'm not being pessimistic, i'm being realistic" on me when i accused her of being such a pessimist. which is ironic 'cause that's exactly what i told her several times on the us trip, (certainly brings back fond memories!) and she replied "pessimists would think they're being realistic". melissa lim! i won't forget and i'll be waiting! and don't worry, i'm okay (:
