last wed was leave day for me so i met dee, lilin and jh at ikea for lunch after driving. we spent a whole lot of time persuading lilin to catch shopaholic with us but she wasn't keen on it so we watched hotel for dogs. it's such a cute movie, love the dogs! after the movie we met xk for dinner at billybombers to use our voucher. anyways managed to use my cam for the first time to take proper photos and here they are:

suki sushi and shopaholic on sat with serene and the guys. surprisingly, we didn't have to do much to convince eug and baabaa to watch it although they were initially unenthusiastic about it. oh and saw baabaa for the first time since he went in, almost didn't recognise him! shopaholic was quite okay, one of the better chick flicks and pretty hilarious at some parts. naturally it doesn't follow the book closely but i didn't mind as much as harrypotter and twilight. perhaps 'cause it's been ages since i read confessions and can't remember the details and the scenes.

i've been starting at work at 8 this past week to take over jh's slot and it's really a pain to get up at 6 to go to work. i told myself that my job had better not start at 8 next time and if it really does, it had better be somewhere near holland or that i had better have my own car by then so travelling doesn't take a long time. but doubt i'll get my own car by then, my parents told me i have to save up for it and pay with my own money! (like the cam) that'll take me super long 'cause cars are so darn ex in s'pore especiallly with coe, road tax, insurance and erp. goodness, think i'll be 30 by the time i get my own car?? or maybe someone nice can sponsor me one (;
